This landscape design stitches together the new addition to the A.B. Freeman School of Business to the rest of the middle campus at Tulane University. The design integrates the flow of student traffic, offering a small seating area and social meeting spot under the large oak trees, and working within the existing planting palette and maintaining the loose, verdant character of the plantings along the path. The design also enhances the new entry into the Business School building and establishes movement into the new interior gathering space by marking this new entry with unique design elements, such as low seating walls to encourage social interaction.
