Princes Wharf Shed No. 1

Spackman Mossop Michaels worked closely with Circa Morris-Nunn Architects to provide masterplanning, urban design, detailed design, and construction services for the redevelopment of Princes Wharf Shed No.1. Consisting of industrial marine infrastructure, a nearly 500 feet (150 metre) long concrete wharf and warehouse shed, the project has created a city-scale public event space that retains the industrial character while providing new pedestrian connections to Parliament House, Salamanca Cove, and Salamanca Place precincts of inner Hobart.
